It is 8:30am and whilst others still slept, or dragged themselves to work in drowsiness, the atmosphere was charged in the Perez Dome with great expectation of what was to come that morning.

From powerful intercessory sessions to heavenly worship moments, Supernatural Empowerment Summit – Day 2 – was poised to receive its very first speaker; Bishop Joseph Imakando

Bishop Joseph Imakando spoke on the theme; “A Word Of Supernatural Fruitfulness”, with his Scriptural Reference being Luke 5:1-9; “…nevertheless at your word I will let down the net”
The scripture speaks of fisherman Peter who caught nothing after following all the protocols of fishing; fishing at night and in the deep waters but he met Jesus and was instructed to do the exact opposite which was to cast his net in the shallow waters and at day time. When he heeded the word, he experienced the supernatural.
According to Bishop Imakando, this makes us understand that the Word brings things out of nothing (Genesis 1:1-3), and if we are going to do supernatural things, we need to move by the word of God.

“”When you act on the word of God, you see what you’ve never seen before. Peter encountered fruitfulness at his obedience to the word from Jesus (Luke 5:5-6)
Bishop broke down four things to do If You Must Be Fruitful;
1. You need a Word; a word from the Lord to instruct you on what to do, when to do it and who to do it with.
2. You need to change your mindset. Turn away from your old ways.
3. Change your strategy. Start thinking outside the box. He claimed, many are where they are because of tradition. This year you need to step out and do things differently.
4. As a principle in the bible, another important way one can be fruitful is by giving/sowing.
To ministers, if you are seeking to build a good ministry or be fruitful you must be a giver yourself.

To end the morning session, the Dome just was once again brought to its feet by the ministration of Rev. Dr. Ampiah-Kwofie and the theme of his message was; “A Tale of Two Servants” 1 Kings 19:1-3.

According to the Reverend, most first servants God worked with tend to fail at some point and He completed the assignment with the second servants.
When word of threat came from Jezebel to Elijah, he feared for his life so he fled to Beersheba in Judah with his servant but left him there and went on a journey into the wilderness.
The mistake of Elijah’s first servant was he allowed the Prophet to leave him behind. This he tried to do same with Elisha, his second servant.
Elijah in his conversation with God, was told to return and also to anoint Elisha as his servant and replacement.

There was room for only one servant and as the first servant was left back at Beersheba, the Lord asked Elijah to anoint Elisha to become his servant.
When it was time for Elijah to be taken and he asked Elisha to stay behind, Elisha told him “…as the Lord lives, I will not leave you” for it was not time to stay behind.
To wrap up his sermon he made declarations over the lives of the congregants and online viewers.

“As the apostles asked for boldness to declare the word, may God give you boldness to look men in the face and declare what the Lord says” (Acts 4:29).
“I declare over your life, you will not waste time or resources but something great is happening in your life to achieve new things.”
“May you never be replaced. May you have the aggression to keep on pressing no matter which Jezebel is against you”.
“We are coming out as an Elisha and we are finishing our journey.”
“May the supernatural grace hit your life that your ministry causes other prophets to come out also.”
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen !
